We are excited about our fifth edition of Summerfest! This unique event combines the education, inspiration and networking of a major photographic retreat with a family getaway where everyone has a great time. You can be in programs while your family enjoys all that Kerrville and the Hill Country have to offer.
Summerfest 2019 features Clark, Rachel and Rudi Marten from Billings, Montana. The Martens have built a wildly successful business and we are thrilled they will each bring their expertise to us as Clark shares his high end photographic style, Rachel shares how to maximize sales and Rudi teaches us how to attract the right clients. We also have a wonderful “Bonus” program for those who register early from Ashley Siegert. We are also excited to be bringing Bryan Welsh from Oregon to his first Summerfest. His program will help us all make more money through environmental head shots. We also have programs from Phyllis Kuykendall, Ken Bovat, Aurora DeLuca, Kellie Gann and Larry Lourcey. We close with Ashley Siegert who will help you solve your social media challenges.
Summerfest is headquartered at The Inn of the Hills in Kerrville, Texas, within walking distance to the Guadalupe River. The Inn features a lush courtyard, a 21,000-square-foot conference center, a full service restaurant and the Inn Pub. The main swimming pool is in the courtyard and will be the central hub of evening activities for you and your family.
We have also secured an amazing room rate of only $99/night when you book by June 1st. We sold out our block last year, so book early.
We are also thrilled to be bringing back the Family Fish Fry on Monday evening. The food and fun takes place poolside right there at the Inn of the Hills and is sponsored by White House Custom Colour. The evening fun and the meal for you and your entire family is included with your Summerfest registration.
Summerfest also features the TPPA Annual Photographic Competition. This is a live competition, so you can watch as our panel judges review and score your digital images. Join in the fun on Tuesday evening for the Awards Presentation and enjoy a great dinner and all the excitement as the awards are announced. The dinner is included with your registration. And don’t miss Image Competition Boot Camp on Sunday to learn how to grab your share of the awards and trophies with your images.
After a full day of learning, you can relax with friends and family by the pool or enjoy an adult beverage at the Inn Pub.
