Elevating Your Client Experience
Hosted by Chelsea Williams
A photograph may be the final product of your photo shoot. However, you are not just selling a product. You are selling yourself, your expertise, your level of quality, most of all you are selling an experience.
It has been proven that people will spend more money on experiences than just things. Don’t get so caught up in selling the things that your forget to bring and exceptional experience.
What does your client experience currently look like? For most people it may start with an email, a facebook message or even a text message. Those kinds of leads are great, although if you skip over talking to your clients you are not serving your clients.
In this class we will look at the start to finish client experience from inquiry, phone consult, in person consult, photo shoot, in person sale, and delivery. We will really focus on what is your current level of service to your clients. Then what can you improve on to fulfill your clients wants, needs and even get some WOWS! This is not about pricing and this is not about photographing. This is about you and the truly unique quality you can bring to your customer. Clients can go almost anywhere to get an 8×10 but why do they come to you?

Meet TPPA Member, Chelsea Williams
I live in Conroe, Tx. I am married with two wonderful children. A nine year old daughter and a three year old son. My family brings joy and craziness both to my life but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I decided at a young age I wanted to be a photographer. First my photography dream started out like many many other with National Geographic style in my mind. As I got older my dream changed to portraits. Although, my dream never settled long. I have been through so many phases in my life and I enjoy growing and evolving my dreams as I go. Other than photography I love to travel. I try to mix my two passions together whenever possible. I am constantly driving my husband crazy talking about our next trip.
